Jackson Radiology Associates, P.A. is a 100% physician-owned and operated independent private radiology practice serving Jackson, TN and the surrounding communities for 50+ years. With 23 radiologists and counting, the JRA team provides high-quality, locally delivered diagnostic and advanced interventional radiology services.

JRA is currently seeking to expand the team with:

• Remote ER Reader: 7 on 14 off, 3p-midnight. $475,000 (Employee)
• IR / Onsite in Jackson, TN. $800,000+ (Partner track)
• Mammo / Onsite in Jackson, TN. $800,000+ (Partner or Employed)
• Body, MSK, or Neuro / Onsite in Jackson, TN. $800,000+ (Partner)

Details:

• All partner positions are a 1-year partnership track, initial salary subject to experience
• All partner positions include a sign-on bonus, relocation, and loan forgiveness if desired
• All partners purchase equity ownership in JRA’s real estate holding company
• All positions have competitive compensation, bonus potential, company-paid benefits that include health insurance, HSA, 401k, vacation, CME allowances, and malpractice coverage
• Internal moonlighting is available to employees and partners for additional income, subject to availability
• All diagnostic positions (except Mammo) require general radiology coverage, with subspecialty-specific work comprising a variable percentage of working days.
• Diagnostic partners provide weekend call approximately 5 weekends a year. There is no diagnostic night call.
• Interventional Radiology services provide call coverage at our main hospital and outpatient work at JRA’s facilities.
