Diaspora Radiology

Upstart (6-year track record/history) and fiercely independent radiology practice serving the Northern Chicago Suburbs / Southeast Wisconsin Market with vast potential looking for “good people” who are also excellent, fellowship-trained, subspecialized radiologists for a position that is exclusively outpatient (no hospital affiliation), supporting outpatient Imaging Centers that we are building, own, and/or operate. We are in a rapid growth mode.

Position includes one (1) year partnership track with potential ownership in the radiology group practice, opportunity for ownership in the Imaging Centers, independence from any hospital oversight, and control over your work-life.

No mandatory RVUs/productivity. We are committed to mandatory quality and service and the dedicated support of your partners.

The group is focused on quality & service to our patients, referring doctors, and work-life balance for practice members. At full staff level, expect ten (10) weeks of vacation, 4-day work weeks, 10-hour shifts (overall range 7:00 AM-8:00 PM CST), no call responsibilities or holidays. Rotate, pro rata, into Saturday coverage. Potential for an exclusively teleradiology position.

Additional potential to rotate into the occasional procedure day (arthrograms and steroid injections) at some centers depending on your training, interests and proximity. Licensure in WI and IL needed. We will manage the process with you at our expense.

Flexible Start Dates 2025 – 9/1, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1 + 1/1/2026.

Salary & Benefits

• Year 1: $400K + Benefits (10 weeks of vacation + 4-day workweeks), health insurance, malpractice insurance, the power and ability to make your own decisions influencing your work life.
• Year 2: $500K Benefits Same as Year 1 plus participation in 401K & Profit Sharing)
• Year 3: $600K Benefits Same as Year 2
• Year 4: $700K Benefits Same as Year 3
