We provide exclusive radiology services for 22 outpatient facilities and 2 hospital sites. AMI is recruiting for Remote Swing (4p-11p EST 7 on 7 off), Remote Overnight (11p-8a EST 7 on 14 off), Remote Daytime (Neuro), and On-site (Neuro, MSK, General, Body, ER, Body/Breast):

Remote Swing 4p-11p:
Position Summary: Evening remote radiologist. Ideal candidate would be body, neuroradiology, or emergency radiology trained, but any radiologist with a general skill set is invited to apply. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and will need an active NJ license.
- Hours: 4 pm – 11 pm EST; 7 on, 7 off.
- Start Date: Ideally June 2025
- Responsibilities: Predominantly Hospital ER/Urgent Care coverage with
occasional inpatient cases. - Volume: Recent average 9.25 wRVU/hr.
Compensation Package/Benefits:
- Compensation Package: $475k-500k inclusive of benefits.
- Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence-based insurance (no need for tail
coverage). - Supplemental income: Ample internal moonlighting options available if desired.

Remote Overnight:
Position Summary: Overnight remote radiologist. Ideal candidate would be neuroradiology trained, but any radiologist with a general skill set is invited to apply. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and will need an active NJ license.
- Hours: 11 pm – 8 am EST; 7 on, 14 off.
- Responsibilities: Predominantly Hospital ER coverage with occasional inpatient cases.
- Volume: Average ~7.5 to 8 wRVU/hr.
Compensation Package/Benefits:
- Salary: $525k + benefits. Average volume with competitive pay. W2 position.
- Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence-based insurance (no need for tail coverage).
- Supplemental income: Ample internal moonlighting options available if desired.

In-person:
Position Summary: Full-time in-person general radiologist covering our South Offices (Atlantic County – Galloway, Black Horse Pike, Somers Point). Will also consider a candidate for our North Offices (Ocean and Monmouth Counties- Wall, Brick, Toms River). Ideal candidate fellowship trained in neuroradiology or with neuroradiology experience, however other specialties (MSK, general, body, body/breast) are also welcome. Part-time positions can also be considered. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and will need an active NJ license.
Position can be structured as either partnership track or employee track.
- Partnership track is 4 years long with vacation increasing from 6 to 10 weeks.
- Employee track starting with 8 weeks PTO increasing to 10 weeks.
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, with 1-2 late shifts (12-8 pm or 8am-8pm) per month.
Call: 1 in 6 weekends (approximately 15-16 total shifts a year, split evenly amongst all rads). Individual shifts are either 8am-4pm EST or 4pm-11pm EST. No overnight shifts (coverage by dedicated internal nighttime radiologists).
Start Date: Flexible, but ideally July 2025.
Responsibilities: Predominantly outpatient imaging (50% your subspecialty + 50% general radiology (X-rays, US, CT body, screen/diag mammos) with periodic hospital coverage for call (basic body and neuro). Occasional fluoroscopy (barium swallow, upper GI, arthrograms, myelograms, etc). Hospital: Level 2 trauma center and stroke center.
Compensation Package/Benefits:
- Salary:
- Partnership track: Starting $350k, increasing to $400k with top 5% income nationally once partner.
- Employee track: Starting $475k, increasing to $550k. Average volume with top competitive pay. W2 position.

Remote Daytime:
Position Summary: Daytime remote fellowship-trained radiologist. Ideal candidate would be neuroradiology trained, but open to other subspecialties as well. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and will need an active NJ license.
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Full time. Hours may be modified on most shifts for readers in different time zones. No night shifts.
Start Date: Flexible, around July 2025.
Call: 1 in 6 weekends (approximately 15-16 total shifts a year, split evenly amongst all rads). Individual shifts are either 8am-4pm EST or 4pm-11pm EST.

- Salary: $450k, increasing to $550k. Average private practice work volume with top competitive pay (high $/RVU, although compensation is not RVU-based).
- Vacation: Starting 8 weeks PTO increasing to 10 weeks
- Malpractice Insurance: Paid Occurrence-based insurance (no need for tail coverage).
- Supplemental income: Ample internal moonlighting options and ability to sell vacation weeks if desired.
- Other: 401k/profit sharing plan, medical/dental/vision insurance with HSA/FSA option, CME stipend.

- RadAI software for efficient report creation (automatic impression generation).
- Latest versions of Powerscribe and PACS.
- Radiology assistants to call in findings.
- Administrative staff assist with credentialing and onboarding.
- Protocoling is performed predominantly by technologists.
